New chairman for BHA Scotland
Lawrence Young has been elected chairman of the British Hospitality Association (BHA) in Scotland, with effect from January next year.
Young, who is currently the BHA's vice-chairman, will take over from David Clarke, who departs from the role after a standard term of two years.
Young is also chairman of the family-owned, three-strong chain Freedom of Glen hotels, around Ford William, Scotland. He will take up the post after two years as vice-chairman. A new vice-chairman of BHA Scotland will be elected in December.
