Ice and easy
People can't help but overindulge around this time of year, so why stand in their way? Schöller has two new individually portioned desserts for Christmas: Tiramisù Glace and Soufflé Irish Coffee - both of which can be served straight from freezer to table.
The Tiramisù consists of smooth mascarpone, coffee and marsala ice-cream topped with cocoa powder, while the soufflé is a whisky and caramel sauce running through coffee and cream ice-cream, finished with white chocolate-covered meringue and cocoa powder.
The company has also introduced Crème Honey Almond ice-cream, which contains chunks of Californian almonds and ripples of mixed-flower honey.
