Nico and Chez Bruce on London awards shortlist

Chez Bruce and Nobu were among the 50 London restaurants to be shortlisted this week for the fifth London Restaurant Awards, and the only ones to be nominated in four different categories. Newcomer Zaika is up for three possible awards.
The shortlist, devised by panels of food critics, style leaders and former winners, covers only 13 of the 15 awards. The Moët & Chandon award for outstanding contribution to London restaurants and the Evening Standard/London Tonight award (based on the votes of the restaurant-going public) will be announced at the awards dinner on 3 April.
