What do you think of Hospitality 2005

It's a really good exhibition… there's something for everyone, there's much more of a culinary feel to it and the theatre is a real focal point.
Roger Budd, Sous chef, Royal and Ancient Golf Club, St Andrews
There's a lot of table and glassware but it's well spread out. There are lots of students, so for them there should be more skills workshops.
Andrew Blezard, Food skills training executive, Spirit Group
We have exhibited every year except this year. Last year we spent £40,000 on stand and entertainment and it was a bit of a flop. So we are not exhibiting this year, but we have still attended the show.
Paul Harman, national sales manager, Mitchell & Cooper
It seems bigger and more focused on food and not just machinery. Mixing design and food together is nice and the timing is good too.
Dee Patel, Owner, Bar Fusion in Castleford, Yorkshire
