Penn Street Taverns puts 22 Midlands pubs up for sale
Birmingham-based pub company Penn Street Taverns is to sell 22 pubs across the Midlands.
Christie & Co, which is marketing the properties, said they ranged in price from £85,000 to £450,000 and could found in Shropshire, Staffordshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and the West Midlands.
Some of the sites may be suitable for conversion.
Christie & Co director Noel Moffitt said: "The majority of pubs are for sale with the benefit of vacant possession, but there are also a number of investment properties which will be sold with an occupational lease or tenancy agreement in place."
