### Hotels The Express by Holiday Inn in Croydon, Surrey, which is due to open next month, has welcomed Sjaana Steffens as sales manager. Prior to joining the 156-bedroom hotel, Sjaana was working in Australia for the Australian Leisure and Hospitality Group as assistant manager. Gabriele Molari has been appointed general manager of the four-star Moor Hall Hotel & Spa in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands. Italian Gabriele joins the 82-bedroom hotel from Hitchin Priory, a conference venue in Hertfordshire, where he was general manager for four years. Jane Muffitt and Nicola Campbell have joined the 150-bedroom Ramada Encore London West - Jane in the role of general manager and Nicola as sales manager. Both have worked previously for BDL Group, which owns the hotel - Jane in the same role at the Express by Holiday Inn London Hammersmith, and Nicola in a sales role at the Holiday Inn London Heathrow.

The four-star, 120-bedroom Cambridge Belfry has welcomed Paul Murfitt as head chef and Fiona Kidd as regional sales manager. Paul previously held the same position at Chester Crabwell Manor in Cheshire, while Fiona has worked as sales manager for both the Cambridge Moat House Hotel and Holiday Inn. ### Restaurants

Frankie & Benny's has appointed two new general managers. Fraser Parramint has started work at the new 126-seat Cambridge restaurant. He was formerly in the same role at the Norwich branch in Norfolk. Joining the 120-seat restaurant in Littleover, near Derby, is Linda Elliott. Linda previously managed Chiquito in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, which is owned by the same company, The Restaurant Group. ### Pubs and bars A former post office in Bristol opened yesterday as a Smith & Jones pub called the Old Post Office. Running the venue is Dale Percival with Rebecca Vaughan as his assistant manager. Both have been promoted to their new roles. Dale was previously assistant manager of the Barracuda Bar in Reading, Berkshire, while Rebecca was a supervisor at the Imperial in Hereford. ### Plus…
