Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts has promoted Natasha Rhymes to the role of regional marketing and PR manager, UK and Ireland. Natasha joined the company's Glasgow hotel in September last year as PR and marketing manager. Mark Fry has joined Corus Hotels as national meetings and events sales manager. Prior to his appointment Mark was national account manager for Venues Unlimited, a hotel and conference booking agency. British Trust Hotels has seen some internal moves recently. Its 84-bedroom Oban Bay Hotel in Oban, Argyllshire, has a new general manager, David Collings. He used to hold the same position at the Arrochar Hotel, near Loch Lomond in Dunbartonshire. Replacing David at the 78-bedroom Arrochar is Kevin Ford, who takes a step up from deputy manager at the group's Norseman hotel in Wick, Highlands. Donald Allan has become house manager at the Norseman, having been part of the group management support team. ### Restaurants Indian restaurant Origin Asia in Richmond, Surrey, has welcomed Ranga Swami as head chef. Ranga joins from London's Chowki restaurant, where he was senior sous chef. Also new to the 70-seat restaurant is manager Bhanu Pratap, who also comes from Chowki. ### Pubs The Hare & Hounds in Lambourn Woodlands, Berkshire, has a new head chef, Tristan Mason. Tristan was previously sous chef at the Greenhouse restaurant in London's Mayfair and has also worked as senior chef de partie at the Mirabelle restaurant in London.
