The four-star, 132-bedroom De Vere Mottram Hall, near Prestbury, Cheshire, has a new sales manager. Victoria Webb has spent the last four years as sales and marketing manager of the Marriott Breadsall Priory Hotel & Country Club, near Derby.
Rocco Forte Hotels has appointed David Munns group finance director. David, who will join the company on 4 May, is currently chief financial officer at the Financial Times Publishing Group.
The Village Hotel & Leisure Club Maidstone, a 122-bedroom property in Kent which opens in June, has recruited four new team members. Simon Boyle has joined as deputy general manager from the Cheltenham Park hotel in Gloucestershire, where he was operations manager. Sharon Wilcock has become revenue manager, following her departure from the Village Hotel & Leisure Club Cheadle, Staffordshire, where she held the same position. Joining as sales manager is Wendy Rooke, who was previously business development manager at Leeds Castle in Kent. The fourth new recruit is Pam Hoad, who has taken on the role of membership sales manager. She previously worked in membership sales at the Marriott Tudor Park Hotel in Maidstone, Kent.
John MacNeill has moved from the Philippines to Malaysia to become general manager of the 431-bedroom Radius International Kuala Lumpur hotel. He was previously general manager of the Imperial Palace Suites in Manila.
The 330-bedroom Sofitel Palm Resort in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, has welcomed Michael Perdikaris as general manager. Michael was formerly resident manager of the Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square, Thailand.

Aquaclear, which owns two Tyne and Wear restaurants, has appointed Kim Race financial director and company secretary. Kim joins Aquaclear's management team from chartered accountant Ryecroft Glenton, where she was a senior audit manager.
