Plenty more fish

TO MEET the growing trend for lighter lunches, M & J Seafoods said smaller varieties of fish were becoming more popular.

This included the Escolar, 716, from the South China Sea; Black Marlin, 717, from Puerto Rico.

Also on display at the stand were several new products: Battered Pop Corn Prawn "Tom Yum", 718 - large fully peeled prawns with a Thai-flavoured crispy coating of Lemon Grass, Chilli and Coriander and Tuna Fajitas, 719 - strips of tuna in a chilli and apricot marinade.
