Winners of the Knight Frank Hotel Deal of the Year Awards at the Landmark Hotel in London yesterday were:
Independent Hotel of the Year - LHM owner of the Hotel Kandinsky in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire;
Individual Property Deal of the Year - Compass Roadside for the Travelodge, City of London;
Lifetime of Deals Award - Bryan Langton, formerly chairman, president and chief executive of Holiday Inn Worldwide for his development of Holiday Inn.
