Revere Pub Company to open two more pubs with rooms
Premium pub operator, the Revere Pub Company, is set to launch two further pubs with rooms in November.
The new sites are the White Lion in Tenterden, Kent, and the Florentine in Fulwood, Sheffield. They will take Revere's estate to eight sites.
Designed by Concorde BGW, each site will undergo an extensive refurbishment.
The plan is for the pubs to offer boutique hotel-style accommodation, with contemporary décor, luxury bed linen, flat screen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi and homemade luxury welcome baskets.
The White Lion is a wonderful 16th century coaching inn with 14 bedrooms, including five super king rooms, five king size rooms and three family suites in addition to a 128-cover dining room, and a 16-cover private dining area.
Formerly named the Fulwood Inn, the Florentine has 11 bedrooms: four super king rooms, five king rooms, one double and one family room. The large dining room at the Florentine will have 143 covers. Overnight stays start from £90 per night.
Signature dishes include 28-day aged prime cuts of beef from John Penny's farm in Yorkshire cooked with a Josper Charcoal flavour and a range of homemade signature pizzas, stretched and cooked fresh to order from the Italian wood-fired oven.
Colin Sadler, managing director of Revere said: "We have put considerable investment into launching both our new sites and opening them within weeks of each other demonstrates our commitment to our hotel estate and premium offering - an important step in our growing portfolio. We are confident that our pubs with rooms will offer fantastic quality and value to both visitors and locals alike".
The White Lion in Tenterden and The Florentine in Fulwood will be the seventh and eighth sites respectively from Revere Pub Company.
