Richard Light, group executive chef, Plum Pubs Group

Richard Light has become group executive chef of Plum Pubs Group, which owns the Plum Pudding pub in Armitage, Staffordshire, and the newly acquired and refurbished Shropshire at Haughton. He was executive chef at the Plum Pudding.
