Teflon-coated frypans which are so tough that they can be used with ordinary metal utensils without risking damage are to be introduced under the Platinum name on Lune Catering Equipment's stand at Hotelympia 2000. The extensive display of aluminium and stainless steel cookware will also include induction-compatible non-stick aluminium frypans.
