Seal of success
PRITCHITT Foods has relaunched five of its key brands with new and improved resealable packaging, following extensive research.
The five brands are: Millac Gold, Roselle Supreme, Millac Whipping Cream, Millac Single Cream and Cafe Maid.
What's more, the price of all products remain the same.
The new Tetrapak is easier and quicker to open and as it has a larger opening, it pours well. The pack is resealable to prevent spillage and reduces the risk of cross contamination.
To open, the pull tab is convenient, hygienic and quick without the need to look for knives or scissors to open the pack.
Roselle Supreme, 269, from Pritchitt is a blend of skimmed milk and vegetable fat, which tastes, whips and pipes like cream. Once whipped, it can be used for piping, filling and decorating hot and cold desserts.
Available in 12 x 1 litre tetra briks, a 10 litre bag in the box size or an aerosol.
Millac Gold, 270, is a cream alternative, which contains real cream so it can be used for whipping and pouring, as well as in cooking.
The product is bain marie stable and does not fall back after whipping.
Packed in 1-litre Tetra briks, it produces up to three times its volume when whipped.
It has a long shelf life - up to six months from the date of manufacture.
To give the finishing touches to dessert, Millac Dairy Single Cream, 271, can be poured straight from the pack. It can also be served with coffee and for use in cooking.
Millac Dairy Whipping Cream, 272, holds up well when whipped which makes it suitable for piping or spooning onto desserts.
For instant whipped cream, it is also available in an aerosol can which provides about four and a half pints of dairy whipped cream.
All the creams have a shelf life of five months and can be stored at ambient temperatures.
Distribution is through most major delivered wholesalers.
