Second Roxy Ball Room set to open in Liverpool One
Set to open in time for Christmas, the 6,929 sq ft venue will feature the group's usual pool and ping pong tables, and there will also be a private hire room available with capacity for up to 60 people. The site will also offer a wide selection of cocktails, beers, bar snacks, freshly made pizzas and homemade hamburgers.
It will be the second location for the group, whose first is in Trinity Square in Leeds.
The site will join a host of other casual dining outlets in the Liverpool One Hanover Street development, with Wahaca, Red's True Barbecue and Turtle Bay all recently announcing openings in the area.
Miles Dunnett, director of portfolio management at Grosvenor Fund Management, said: "Roxy Ball Room is a great complement to the Liverpool One leisure offer. As an independent operator, Roxy Ball Room also adds to its eclectic nature. The brand is about having fun; it creates an additional reason to visit, or to extend a trip."
Matthew Jones, managing director of Jones Bar Group, added: "Liverpool One has a great reputation in the region, leading a resurgence in leisure in the city. We have been tracking its momentum for some time, so when the Hanover Street opportunity was presented to us it was too good to miss."
Shopping, retail and leisure development Liverpool One is also home to the brands Byron, Browns, Cote, Bill's and TGI Friday's.
