Selkirk restaurant sells for about £250,000
The 50-seat Coach House Restaurant in Selkirk, in the Scottish Borders region, has been sold for a price believed to be in the region of £200,000 through agent Christie & Co.
New owners Robert and Helen Tait, from Hawick, are experienced catering operators.
The freehold business includes a one-bedroom owners' flat above the restaurant, but the adjoining two-bedroom house has been retained by the previous owners.
