Cromer Crab Company has launched some new crab and lobster dishes in hot-bake format, suitable for cooking from frozen or thawed.

Hotbake Crab consists of crab meat, mixed with poached cod and served in a natural crab shell, topped with a cream cheese crumb sauce. Available in cases of 20. The trade price is about £1.59 each.

Hotbake Lobster comprises a half lobster shell containing Canadian-sourced lobster meat in a creamy cheese and leek sauce, topped with a parsley and cheddar crumb. The ready-to-bake servings weigh 85gm (excluding shell) and take 12-15 minutes to cook from frozen in a hot oven, finished under the grill if required. Available in cases of 20.
