Butterfly Chicken Steaks from Padley are 95 per cent fat free, which means they will be popular among health conscious customers.
Padley's have added three new flavours to the range - Cajun Style, Lemon and Pepper and Garlic and Herb. They can be stir fried in strips, served whole with a suitable sauce or can be oven-baked, grilled or griddled.
