Numi Teas is a selection of organic teas sourced from China, Taiwan, India and Japan, available to hotels and restaurants through Union Coffee Roasters. The range includes Morning Rise, a breakfast blend of Ceylon, Assam, Keemun and Darjeeling leaves; an Aged Earl Grey, Assam tea scented with bergamot oranges; and Monkey King, a green tea scented with jasmine. The company, which also offers tisanes (infusions), prides itself on using only the full leaf for its string-and-tag tea bags, discarding all the tea dust associated with standard bags. A counter display rack is available.
