Tell us about your Employees of the Year
Contract caterer Charlton House has named Anthony Eversden as its Employee of the Year 2005 - and now Caterer and Hotelkeeper wants to hear about your star performers.
At the end of January, Caterer will recognise the high-flyers in hospitality from the past 12 months.
Eversden, the 33-year-old head chef at TRL in Wokingham, Berkshire, was chosen from 1,350 Charlton House staff.
He has spent 18 months of his four years with Charlton House at TRL, where he and his seven-strong brigade cater for 700 people.
On-site manager Lorraine Rutherford said of Eversden: "Antony shows such initiative and is always keen to move the business forward."
"This award is well-deserved because I have never seen anyone develop and grow as he has done. His craft skills and his ability to manage and develop people are second to none," she added.
To honour your most deserving employees, just e-mail us 100 words on why they should be featured in Caterer. Include a photo, name, job title and company name.
Entries should be addressed to emma@emma-allen.co.uk by 16 January.
