Third Draft House to open in September
Le Café Anglais owner Charlie McVeigh is set to open his third Draft House pub in Tower Bridge, London, in September.
McVeigh revealed that he would add a third site to the Draft House estate in April this year.
Now the new venue will open on 14 September, offering a wide range of unusual beers, as well as a traditional British menu.
The menu will include dishes such as Cotswold watercress & nettle soup; Lincolnshire belly pork, black pudding hash, apple sauce & marjoram gravy and apple & damson crumble, Jersey milk ice-cream. The menu also offers a selection of "pots" such as brown shrimp and smoked ham hock and Sunday roasts.
The Draft House Tower Bridge will also feature a special "tasting room" where customers will be able to try an array of brews with a five-course beer-matching menu.
