Tragus boss set to depart

John Derkach, chief executive of restaurant group Tragus, is reported to be leaving the business after a transition period.

Derkach is set to be replaced by the former boss of Novus Leisure, Steve Richards, according to the Sunday Times.

The changes at the business, which operates the Café Rouge, Bella Italia and Strada brands, come after control of the business was reported to have shifted to a group of lenders led by Apollo Global Management.
