Wild about sausages

Cranswick Foodservice has introduced a wild venison and cranberry sausage made from deer that live freely in Forestry Commission-protected forests and woodlands. It claims the venison is Britain's first Forestry Commission-approved meat. Using this wild venison and British pork, whole cranberries, sage and garlic, the sausages are blended with red wine and ground spices and filled into natural casings.
