Won't you come to the casbah?
DID you know that "tagine" used in Moroccan cooking, means not only a finished dish, but also the earthenware pot topped with a conical lid in which it is cooked?

It consists of lamb, simmered with celery, peppers, aubergines and dried apricots, finished with orange and lemon zest and honey. Serve with pitta bread or couscous.
