Wren's signs Seychelles hotel deal

The Wren's Hotel Group has signed a deal with Crown & Champa Resorts to operate its first hotel in the Seychelles.

The group has taken on a 50% ownership deal that includes managing and marketing the 19-bedroom Le Northolme hotel on Mahe, the principal island of the archipelago.

Crown & Champa, based in Male in the Maldives, operates mid-range to five-star hotels.

The operators plan extensive refurbishment of Le Northolme, to include adding about 30 villas, a restaurant and a health spa.

Wren's Group owns 10 other hotels, four in Croatia and six in the UK.
