Baxters will be launching its new food service division at the show with cookery demonstrations using the company’s new range of fruit purées and compotes developed specifically for the catering industry. The purées are available in four flavours: strawberry, mango, raspberry and blackcurrant; and the compotes in three: country berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackcurrants, cherries and blackberries); raspberry and blackcurrant; and strawberry.
