Caterersearch video channel – watch Marco, Stein, Rhodes and more

Today sees the launch of a video channel from Caterersearch, the primary source for hospitality news and information. The channel will feature video interviews from the faces behind the news as well as regular masterclasses from many of the industry's experts and Michelin-starred chefs.

Since January, Caterersearch has posted over 20 pieces of new video content covering Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's Chicken Out! Campaign, which he exclusively extended to the hospitality industry via Caterer, a unique video interview with Derek Bulmer, editor of the Michelin guide, on the day the 2008 guidebook was unveiled, and we also caught up with Gary Rhodes and Anthony Demetre on winning more Michelin stars for their clutch of restaurants.

Other content includes an interview with enfant terrible Marco Pierre White at the 2008 Chef Conference, which took place last month, a piece with Rick Stein and Sam Harrison on the launch of Harrison's in Balham, and highlights from the 2008 Roux Scholarship.

Additional restaurant launch articles also include the opening of Quo Vadis with an interview with Sam and Eddie Hart, Tom Aikens on the thought process behind Tom's Place, his eco-friendly restaurant, and a tour of the interior of one of London's latest restaurants, L'Anima, owned by ex-St Alban chef Francesco Mazzei.

Food-based videos also feature with a masterclass from current Catey Chef Award winner David Everitt-Matthias of the two-Michelin-starred Le Champignon Sauvage as well as 11 butchery step-by-step videos in partnership with butcher David Houses of Allen's of Mayfair.

There's also some light-hearted content in there as we speak to the finalists of this year's Great British MenuCaterersearch's - top 10 hospitality video funnies which is bound to deliver a few laughs.
