Raymond Blanc the Michelin-starred chef and star of the BBC’s The Restaurant

Raymond Blanc is the Michelin winning owner of Oxfordshire’s Le Manor Aux Quat’ Saisons and star of BBC 2 reality show The Restaurant.

Blanc, who is himself famed for his commitment to training. Marco Pierre White, Richard Neat, Paul Heathcote, John Burton-Race, Michael Caines and Eric Chavot are just some of the Michelin-starred chefs to have passed through his kitchens, will be looking to a guide a new team to success in The Restaurant’s second season.
