Caterer was granted an exclusive interview with iconic Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse last week.
The usually media-shy French chef granted Caterer reporter Gemma Sharkey and community editor, Katherine Alano access to the kitchens at his eponymous restaurant in Park Lane’s Dorchester hotel, and also sat down for a chat to discuss his recent Michelin success.
