Tandoori, Oriental and Piri Piri are among the 13 Mari-Base marinades from Major International.
The water-based marinades, which also include Thai, Bombay and Hot Tomato, blend herbs and spices to create aromas and flavours of Indian, Oriental and Portuguese cuisine.
They can be used for stir-fries, dressings, dips, wraps, soups and sandwich fillings. They are ready to use straight from the tub and can also be used to tenderise a range of meat, poultry and fish in two hours.
Resealable Mari-Bags are included so chefs can massage meat, fish, poultry or vegetables with the Mari-Base and leave it in the fridge to marinade.
Mari-Base is supplied in 1.25-litre tubs in cases of two. Each tub yields up to 83 portions and has a shelf life of 12 months unopened.
