First-time buyer for Hull bar

The leasehold on Hull city-centre bar The Bedroom has been sold to first-time operator Lee Cutsforth.

The ground-floor lock-up unit is in Anlaby Road in a retail-focused area that is close to the city's main social circuits.

Before closing, the business had operated as a wet-led, late-night bar with some lunchtime business.

It is held on a 25-year, free-of-tie lease from December 1986 with an annual rent of £33,000.

Property agent Davis Coffer Lyons sold the leasehold on behalf of Tattershall Castle Group Acquisitions.
