Mussels in a creamy stout sauce is one of two light meals to be added to Brakes’ frozen fish portfolio.
The 500g dish, supplied in packs of eight, consists of Bantry Bay mussels in a cream and stout sauce with added garlic and parsley.
The other dish is a 200g Scottish haddock en croute, which is supplied in packs of eight. It comprises fillets of smoked haddock topped with wilted spinach and applewood cheddar sauce, and wrapped in a pastry case.
