Celebrity chef Alan Murchison, who owns the Michelin-starred L’Ortolan and La Bécasse, has relaunched this restaurant in Bedfordshire, which was previously owned by the late Peter Chandler. Set in 22 acres of parkland, it accommodates 35 covers as well as private dining facilities.
