After 24 years with Hilton Worldwide, including more than eight years at Hilton Cardiff, executive chef Michael Mizzen has been promoted to culinary operations manager for Europe, Hilton Worldwide.

In his new role, Mizzen will be responsible for menu design; recruitment and development, including apprenticeship and mentoring programmes; and helping to run the organisation’s annual Culinary Cup in Portugal. He has previously worked at Hilton London Hyde Park, Hilton London Gatwick Airport and Hilton Glasgow.
