Matt Wardman joins Inn at Fossebridge as executive head chef
Matt Wardman has joined the Inn at Fossebridge in Gloucestershire as executive head chef. He has previously worked as a senior chef de partie at the RAC Club in London and more recently as the senior sous chef at the Russell's of Broadway restaurant in Worcestershire. Wardman will bring a "back to the land and no waste" approach to the kitchen at Fossebridge, by using only seasonal produce and every part of the animal.
