Wolfgang Puck’s CUT 45 Park Lane restaurant has made three appointments. Arizona-born Melissa Zahnter has joined the team as executive pastry chef. She joins from Puck’s sixth Las Vegas restaurant, CUT, located inside the Palazzo.

She is joined by Sheldon Fonseca (centre) who takes up the role of senior sous chef. Fonseca has worked with some of London’s top chefs including most recently Angela Hartnett at the Michelin-starred Murano.

Austrian-born Herbert M Brindl (right) has been named sous chef. Having worked at a number of Michelin-starred restaurants around Europe and the USA, his last position was at Wolfgang Puck’s CUT and Spago in Los Angeles as well as Josiah Citrin’s Melisse in Santa Monica.
