Arnaud Bignon appointed executive chef of Michelin-starred Greenhouse in Mayfair

Arnaud Bignon has been appointed the new executive chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant the Greenhouse, Mayfair. Bignon, who will start in March, joins from the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Spondi in Athens. His extensive industry experience also includes working as sous chef under Eric Fréchon at the three-Michelin-starred restaurant the Bristol in Paris. Bignon will succeed Antonin Bonnet, who is leaving to pursue other opportunities.
