Andras House to build new hotel in Belfast
Hotel firm Andras House has been given the go-ahead to build a new 130-bedroom hotel in Belfast city centre.
The firm, which is owned by Lord Rana, already has a number of hotels in the city.
The new hotel is set to be built at St Andrews Square off Great Victoria Street and is currently used as a car park.
Accor is signed up to operate the hotel, which can be built any time within the next five years.
