Leading food service wholesaler 3663 has become the first business in its sector to sign up to a Primary Authority partnership with a district council.
Although High Wycombe-based 3663 has 26 depots across the country, Wycombe District Council now becomes the main point of contact for local authority health and safety enforcement across the firm’s UK operation. The council will issue support and guidance to 3663, resolve disputes and standardise its communications with other local authorities.
It will also co-ordinate a national inspection plan at 3663 sites that will help the distributor sharpen its focus, improve its risk assessment and reduce duplication in its operations.
