Kew Green rebrand three hotels as Holiday Inn Express
Kew Green Hotels is set to takeover the management of three properties after rebranding them as Holiday Inn Express (HIE).
The three properties in Braintree, Birmingham and Shrewsbury were previously flagged as Hampton by Hilton but following a refurbishment programme have been rebranded as HIE.
Paul Johnson, chief executive of Kew Green Hotels said: "We are delighted to have signed agreements for these three great hotels and look forward to working with the management teams and staff… We have worked with the owners to provide a strategic solution to these hotels and look forward to realising their potential and maximising owner returns."
Kew Green Hotels currently operates 26 properties across the UK under six major brands; Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Crowne Plaza, Days Hotel, Ramada and Courtyard by Marriott. They also operate the Richmond Hill hotel, a four star property in South West London.
