Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant Yauatcha has teamed up with auction house Southeby's to launch a pop-up at the auctioneers from today.

Yauatcha's Pop Up at Sotheby's Café will run from 10 to 15 May (12 noon to 4.45pm) and will serve an exclusive high tea to mark the forthcoming sale of Chinese artwork.

The Hakkasan Group's dim sum tea-house will offer speciality oolong, jasmine and green teas alongside specialities designed by the group's executive pastry chef, Graham Hornigold.

Delicacies will include macaroons flavoured with Chinese five spice, lavender and honey, coffee and anise and their patisseries such as yuzu gâteaux and green tea dobos.
