Bonnie Gull to open second site

London seafood restaurant Bonnie Gull is to open a second site in London's EC1 in March this year.

The business made the announcement today (Friday 3 January), although there are few further details at the moment.

The existing Bonnie Gull Seafood Shack sits on London's Foley Street. Designed to celebrate traditional British seafood, Bonnie Gull started life as a pop-up in Hackney, before developing into further projects including the Bonnie & Wild and Bonnie-on-Sky pop-ups.

The business was founded by Alex Hunter and Danny Clancy, while the kitchen is run by head chef Luke Robinson, who was trained at Jamie Oliver's Fifteen.
