Nick Nairn and Calum Richardson Fish & Chip Cookery Class

Calum Richardson, owner and chef at the bay Fish & Chips restaurant takeaway in Stonehaven, has teamed up with Nick Nairn to offer a one-off class at the Nick Nairn cook school in Aberdeen.

The class takes place on the 14 August and is designed to be a fun packed class with lots of tips on how to cook award winning fish and chips.

Richardson has also launched a new app for his customers to keep in touch with what's happening at The Bay.

Developed in conjunction with GearedApp, features will allow customers to interact with The Bay's supply chain in more detail as well as information on nutrition and food miles and the facility to leave feedback.
