Cucina signs £750,000 Watford school food deal

School foodservice firm Cucina Restaurants has signed a three-year deal at Francis Combe Academy in Watford, Hertfordshire.

Worth around £750,000 in total, the contract will begin in September. The secondary school has 1,140 pupils.

Cucina managing director Steve Quinn said: "Francis Combe Academy is a school which places a great deal of importance on food provision and food education. Its motto, ‘transforming lives through learning', closely matches our own vision for school food. I am very excited about embarking on this new partnership."
