Bruno Loubet to create menus for new Zetter Townhouse hotel

Bruno Loubet is to oversee the menus in the cocktail lounge of the Zetter Townhouse, Marylebone, which is set to open in spring 2015.

The 24-bedroom property will become the third hotel within the Zetter Group and the second in the Townhouse brand, joining the original 59-bedroom Zetter hotel in Clerkenwell, which encompasses Bistrot Bruno Loubet, and the nearby 13-bedroom Zetter Townhouse hotel.

The cocktail lounge of the new hotel will serve food from breakfast until late into the evening. Meanwhile, mixologist Tony Conigliaro will create the cocktail list for the bar, which is located in the drawing room of the Georgian property.

Located on Seymour Street, the new Zetter Townhouse will feature a rooftop apartment with roof terrace.

While the interiors of the Zetter Townhouse, Clerkenwell are informed by the fictious story of Great Aunt Wilhelmina, the Marylebone hotel, designed by Russell Sage, is inspired by the eclectic and colourful Wicked Uncle Seymour. The individual bedrooms will feature hand-designed wallpaper featuring 18th-century crochet patterns and overlaying antique rugs.

Room rates will start at £258. The Zetter Group is owned by Mark Sainsbury, Michael Benyon and Jason Catifeoglou
