Hadley Park joins Classic Lodges
The three-AA-star, 22-bedroom Hadley Park hotel, on the edge of Telford, Shropshire, has become the 17th property to join Classic Lodges, the consortium of independent properties.
Owned by Mark and Geraldine Lewis, the 18th century, Grade II-listed Georgian property is located in three acres of grounds and is a popular wedding venue.
Mark Lewis said there is "a real synergy" between his aims and the main focus of Classic Lodges.
"We have held more than 100 weddings at the hotel last year and want this to be a real push for us in 2015. We feel that we have a great deal to offer brides and grooms to be and our AA rosette restaurant will be pushing to go one better this year.
"Classic Lodges has many years of marketing experience that we will be tapping into, not only through its presence online, but also through its thousands of Privilege Club members."
Richard Smith, director of marketing and partnerships at Classic Lodges, added: "Hadley Park sits well within our brand and our existing portfolio, and will be a new jewel in the crown. The restaurant, Dorrells, is gaining a great reputation both locally and further afield and as food is such an important element of our hotels, we will also look to promote this wherever possible."
