Last chance to enter the Acorn Awards 2015

There are just a few days left to nominate your rising stars for the Acorn Awards 2015, sponsored by ACT Clean.

We are seeking 30 of the UK's brightest and most promising talents under the age of 30. Nominations will close on 27 February 2015.

Entrants are invited from all areas of the hospitality industry - from pubs, bars and restaurants to hotels, food service and contract catering.

Now in their 29th year, the Acorn Awards are firmly established as the benchmark for recognising tomorrow's movers and shakers of the hospitality industry.

Previous winner Simon Hulstone, chef-proprietor of the Michelin-starred Elephant bar and restaurant in Torquay, Devon, said: "The Acorn is an industry wide award, across all sectors, which shows that you don't have to be the face of an establishment to be recognised by your peers. It means so much to see the industry's future stars receive recognition."

This year's 30 talented youngsters will take part in teambuilding and networking at Foxhills hotel in Surrey. The resort, which has three golf courses, 11 tennis courts, spa, health club and gym, will provide the ideal location for the young high achievers to grow their network and their confidence.

So if you know of a young future star in your organisation, make your nomination online now
