Your Housing Group own Ryfields Retirement Living Village, a large development consisting of 243 one and two bedroom apartments and bungalows for people aged 55 and over, with communal facilities including a shop, hairdressers, gym, village hall, bistro, coffee bar, and licenced bar.

Applications are invited from suitably experienced providers to tender for the catering provision detailed above by way of a lease commencing 1st October for a period of three years with an option to extend for two subsequent single years. Complete with an existing fully fitted commercial kitchen, and furnished dining facilities, we are seeking an outstanding caterer to provide a service offering healthy, nutritious and freshly cooked hot meals in the bistro, running of the coffee bar area, and a small licenced bar, and
hospitality service when required (such as events, company meetings and training). There is also the potential to use the kitchen facilities to prepare buffets for functions, catering for meetings, or lunch clubs off site.

Our ideal partner will share our love of good quality locally produced food, sustainability and the environment. Your Housing Group considers that the provisions of the current TUPE Regulations (2006) will apply. TUPE will be a matter between the current service provider and any future provider.
