French group Aubaine to open at Hyde Park Hilton

French restaurant and bistro group Aubaine is to open a new site at London hotel the Hyde Park Hilton, set for summer 2015.

The 100-cover location will occupy the ground floor of the hotel, and will be the 10th venue for the Aubaine group.

Owned by Hani Nakkash, the French-style main menu operates a breakfast option, a separate brunch choice, an all-day a la carte, dinner, sharing plates of cheese and charcuteries, and a wide array of cocktails. The group also operates an Aubaine To Go service, offering breakfast and afternoon tea packed in gift-style boxes.

Typical dishes include French-style pastries and egg plates, feuilleté de chèvre and mushrooms, chicken paillarde, roast cod with spinach purée, lobster spaghetti, and beef fillet with shallots.

Located across London, Aubaine's other restaurants include outlets in Selfridges, Brompton Cross, Marylebone, Hampstead, Mayfair, and Wimbledon.
