Three Cheers Pub Co buys two freeholds

The Three Cheers Pub Co. (formerly known as Renaissance Pubs), has bought the freeholds for two of its pubs - the Stonhouse in Clapham and the Rosendale in West Dulwich.

The seven-strong group of south London pubs, owned by Tom Peake, Mark Reynolds and Nick Fox, also include the Avalon and the Abbeville in Clapham, the Bolingbroke and the Latchmere in Battersea and the Tommyfield in Kennington.

They had previously held the leasehold for the Stonhouse and the Rosendale for nine and four years respectively.

Fleurets acted for the Three Cheers Pub Co. as agent for both freehold purchases.

Founded in 2003, the Three Cheers celebrated its 12th birthday this year, and launched hotel rooms above its Kennington pub, the Tommyfield, late last year.
